Still the best Christmas present EVER!

Ok everyone, I need some help. I forgot my Lean Cuisine lunch. I have stuff for a salad but that is it. Alison has a frozen chicken breast. I need ideas b/c I have to have points b/c of Bf'ing. Anyone have suggestions? Triciia |

I'm sure you've already eaten lunch, but thought I would type a response anyway. You could cook the chicken in a frying pan with a little cooking spray (or grill if she has a george foreman or something) (3 points) and maybe make a side of pasta or rice if she has any or a cup of kraft mac and cheese is 5 points. Hope you got aomething decent to eat.

Ok so this is what I did.
I grilled the chicken Plain. I love it that way. PUt it on my salad with a whole egg, and I think I ended up having a 6 point lunch. I think that did good. Thats Emma for the advice. Tricia |

Yum, your lunch sounds like it turned out ok. I love hard boiled eggs (well, eggs in general
. After doing research I decided on a 6 piece chicken nugget happymeal (nuggets 6 pts, fries 5 pts, sauce 1 pt) and a diet dr. pepper. So a 12 point lunch. I had grape nuts for breakfast w/ milk (5 pts) and a cookie with tea for a snack (3 pts), so I have 10 points for dinner. I'm having chicken jambalaya (7 pts), broccoli and ????? I'm finding it pretty easy to stay under my points as long as I don't go nutso eating crap and I'm not hungry as long as I eat regularly. Tomorrow it's a lean cuisine for lunch and dinner too (I'll be at work). |

i'm glad your doing good emma! Me, it's hard!!
I had a chicken sandwich (The chicken lean cuisne slices) at work, and then i came home, and had a lean cuisne ice cream bar.... Then I had 2 small cups of plain pop corn. For dinner i had a 1/2 piece baked chicke with lemon/lime juice on it, and about 1/2 cup brown rice. I feel like i really went over. Come to think of it, i had 2.5 cookies at work BEFORE the pop corn There's always tomorrow right? I did exercise tonight too |

Emma that does sound good. I have to be real careful with the salad dressings, b/c I LOVE BLUE CHEESE. But I have been doing really. Today was a lean cuisine and a salad with 1oz of chicken and So I think I had a 8 point lunch.
I am not keeping religious track. I KNow but this is working for me, NOw if I can jsut go excersiese. b/c I rEALLY DON"T WANT TO. TRICIA |
