This is so true! When my girls are snotting and coughing I try to avoid dairy as much as possible and they have no dairy issues.
Jess, the key to the solution is education for you and Tony. I have no children with allergies, but I know that your role as parent is critical. Dean relies on you to keep him safe and healthy. Try to read everything you can, don't just rely on your allergist.
I know when we thought Sarah was allergic to dairy protein I read everything I could find and I did a ton of searches. I even found some support groups.
You're a wonderful mom! I know that you just want your little Dean Bean to be happy and healthy. You're doing great and Kris is a wonderful resource. I'm know she can point you in the right direction.
