Wow..that is crazy... Let us know how it goes.. I know how it is to let things make you physically ill. But what you are doing is for the best.. I never had to fire anyone but I was in charge of telling people when they needed to take a shower or wear deodorant (not comparable to your situation but definitely awkward! lol)...

OMG Angela!! I would hate to be the one to tell people that! I'm getting a lot of support at work and that has helped a lot. I'll probably let him go at the end of next week. My HR is on vacation and I would rather have her there (along with a man either security or the store manager.)
