Jeremy asked if I had checked on someone that is in prison. I had been looking to check parole hearing dates and just keep myself up to date so there would be no surprises.
I guess I hadn't checked in quite sometime... I can't find him.
Now I am a little worried and scared for my girls. I know what this person is capable of doing when he has been drinking. I saw way too much and had too much happen to me to forget...

Can you just call the prison you last knew him to be at and find out his status as a tenant? I think they have to give that basic info out.

I don't know what happened but I do think you can call to find out whether or not someone is still incarcerated. If not that maybe look up phone numbers etc in a search online to see if you some across a name. I am sorry you are dealing with this

I called victim services. That women was so nice (she was dealing with a bawling idiot)! Turns out the he is still incarcerated. The bad news the scares me, he will be paroled 10/09. Since he is only serving half of his sentence, he will be on parole for 15 years and of course be registered as a sex offender.

It sounds like I have the option of adding provisions to his release. I will get more info on that soon. I have registered myself with victim services and will be notified of everything.

I wish Jeremy was here right now. I need to be surrounded by safe arms.
