Aww... that is so sweet... I made the mistake of putting things together early too and then it just felt like FOREVER for Brody to come.. I would go and sit in his rocker and just think he would never come.. as my tummy growled from no carbs

If you are waiting for him to change... it wont happen... i may get better but they never change. Shannon is 7 months old and Sean still only takes a little time at night with him and if anyones schedule has to change to accomodate Shannon or Megan it is always mine(which i do not mind at all).

We got into a huge arguement last week because i told him he needed to help me out by taking more time with shannon and giving me a well deserved break every once in a while... that went over as well as a pound of salt in a paper cut. Then i got roses and a great dinner and a clean house...however after a few days it will be back to the same old thing. Its a never ending battle.

Dont get me wrong he is a great husband and a great dad... just still a kid with mixed up priorites

I'n so glad he did that for you My hubby doesn't spend as much time with the hobbies as he used to because he can't. If I'm working late, he has no choice but to take care of the kids. Same on the weekends. Our big argument is the fact that we have all that money tied up in something that just sits. Everythime he touches it, it needs something (breaks, tires, etc, etc.). Their interest in their toys never goes away.
