The boys just pushed our brand new LCD flat screen TV down the slate steps of our foyer (we have a split-level so the living room is open to the foyer, separated by a slate planter). It's totally smashed. $1500 down the drain in a matter of seconds. WHAT is WRONG with these kids? Am I like the worst mother in the world or what?

We have a warranty on it but I doubt this will be covered. Why do I feel like I am truly watching a bunch of monkeys?

Because you are. Sorry about the TV - You were probably ready to string them all up right about then. Well I guess they won't be watching any TV for awhile. At least that's what I would be doing even if I had another TV available. But who will suffer more? You or them?

I thought the same thing..... "Because you are" There are plenty of days where I find myself asking the kids OMG!! What are you doing?!?!?!?!? I just can't believe somew of the stuff they get up to and they know better!
I'm so sorry about the TV. Some of those warranties cover accident so hopefully yours will.
