We've discussed it and I will go without him because it just makes more sense. He would like to go, but he is ok with staying and studying for his test.

Tina, this is on his Buick GN. The powermaster brake system took a crap so he made the decision to convert it over to something else (can't remember) because he said the accumulator bowl (?) was probably what went from the noise and feel and the way it went with no warning and those are $200 or more to replace. Since the system is known to have these problems he decided for safety to convert it over. **sigh** gotta love the precious effing car!
