We went over to her house on Sat night for dinner. She made sauce from scratch, and she was sooo proud of it (my mom dosen't cook...she's a defroster ) We all ate it, and acted like we enjoyed it....

Yesterday she called me to ask how Dean was....i told her he was a little crabby, and seemed gassy, but it was managable. She told me she forgot that she put cheese in the sauce Dean has a very bad milk allergy, and we have been up all night with him screaming in pain...he's VERY gassy, painful gas...as I am too, being I have not had dairy in 3 months..I know how to get rid of mine, and it's still painful...I can only imagaine how bad it is for Dean....

I know she ment well, but this is something that can't happen....

I'm so sorry about the gas issues. I think going forward I'd ask if there's any dairy. I'm sure she feels bad as she didn't do it on purpose. She was probably just proud of herself to be cooking for her family.
