The family court granted my BIL joint custody of my nieces today
. I just hope that the judge with criminal cases ignores the other judge and gives him some jail time because that is the only thing that will keep him away from the girls...plus the court designated pick up and drop off place is set as my parents house because of my sisters restraining order so that means my parents have to deal with him every weekend....pick up time on Saturday was set at 6 am so my parents have to get up on there day off to get the kids from my sis so she can leave and he can pickup and drop off time is 6pm on Monday, so that means my dad has to make sure he is home every Monday night so that he can drop off my nieces for my sis to come pick them up. Anyone know a good hitman? My parents want to hire him to knock my BIL off so that he doesnt get the kids. Since it just seems no matter what he does the courts are gonna go easy on him. ![]() Last edited by Lisa; 12-03-2007 at 10:32 PM. |

Because I said so, that's why!

Why doesn't Gary every get those kinds of judges for family court???? He gets the ones who want to throw him in jail and take every penny he earns plus some for child support.
Now how the heck does the father get "joint custody" of the kids EVERY weekend??? That's just nuts. You sister won't hardly see them either because she will be at work and they will be in DC or school most of their waking hours!!! You sister and your parents need to start keeping track of EVERY THING. When he picks them up and drops them off. The condition they are in at pick-up and drop off. Any thing the kids say or do after being with you BIL. ALL conversations with your BIL. EVERY THING. What a moron for a judge - give custody to a parent when the person has a restraining order so he can't even see the kids. But right now he can't see the kids until the restraining order is lifted, as that comes before visitation rights. I bet your kicking yourself for running to the garage now aren't you? ![]() |
