Waiting for my BFP!!
|
I'm kind of sad to leave my job but more happy to leave and stay home with my girls in 2 days. What happened yesterday just confirmed to me that I am making the right decision................ I had a terrible day yesterday due to my day care provider. She left a bruise on Kimberly 's cheek from pinching her according to my girls. They also said she slapped her in the face and hit her in the leg and poured pepper in her mouth! This is coming from my 2 &3 year olds and they have never even lied to me they don't know how yet! I was livid! Her story last night was that they did it to each other but we asked them over and over and they both said that Charleen did it. So needless to say I went back to my expensive day care for the next 3 days so I can assure my girls's safety. No wonder Kimberly kept saying every morning she was scared to go there. I'm just glad I will be home with them for the most part other than doing Real Estate. Kimberly was so excited to go back to the other day care that she ran into her arms and kissed and hugged her. I'm so glad I didn't take them back. We asked for our money back for the 3 days and she gave us a check saying we can't cash for a week. I hope we can trust that and she doesn't stop payment on it. We told her if she does we will turn her in to child protection. I'm not so sure we shouldn't anyhow........Any advice?

I would be fuming! I'm so sorry you and your girls have to deal with that I would turn her into child protective services right away, you don't want that happening to some other children. If your daughter still has a bruise i would even take picture, file a police report or something to get it documented officially. People like that shouldn't be able to continue watching children. ![]() |

Because I said so, that's why!

Considering all the things she did to your DD and the fact the kids were afraid to go there - which means she was probably doing things to them you don't know about. I would report her. She is being paid to care for children, not hurt them. Because if you don't report her, what about the next child she hurts?
My DD's DCP has two CPS Moms's kids there, so you know she would be in a boat load of trouble if she did that to any kid. The main CPS Mom did a background check my DCP's boyfriend when he moved in. Last edited by Koloe; 11-28-2007 at 02:30 PM. |

Welcome home baby Lily!!!

OMG!! I would be fuming!! I would be taking pictures of the marks immediately and contact the police to see who needs to know about this. If she's done this once I'm sure she's done that in the past and will do it again. This woman needs to be stopped and realize how serious this is.
Sorry you're going through this ![]() |

Waiting for my BFP!!

Thanks for the advice ladies.
It's just hard when we are out over $120.00 over this but o'well at least my girls are safe and I will be a stay at home mom starting next week! The mark on her cheek is a small red mark but very noticeable. I'm going to take a picture tonight and report her. Thanks for your advice. Crystal |
