Now I don't know what to do....DH wants to TTC now...and I do too, but I don't know what to do...

Part of me feels like I"m not letting that bitch run me out of the office, and the other part feels like I shouldn't be miserable any more....what do you think?

It depends...what kind of benefits do you have at that job? Will it cover maternity leave, etc? It would be easier to find a job now before adding the stress of another baby, but for me it would depend on what benefits were available at my new job. If benefits were no object I'd say find a new job NOW. Why be miserable for another year? It's not likely to get better and it will be stressful dealing with that, taking care of your family and being pregnant on top of it.

Jess, When I was PG w/ Gage I was laid off, and I found out that PG was not a classified as a pre-existing conditions. SO that means you can get pg now, find a new job and switch insurances while you are PG, if that is what you decide to do.

Someone always told me, you can't Wait (besides big things) to have kids, b/c there will always be something preventing you from having that baby. So with resonable consideration I say go ahead.

The girls have very good points. I think I would look at my benefits and check the job market and see what makes the most sense. If you wait, then the kids will be an additional year apart. Is that something you want or do you want them really close in age? Also, you never know how long it might take to concieve. Not all of us are as fertile as Belinda It took me no time at all to get pg with Thomas, but took 6 months of active trying with Lauryn. GL with your decision.

My benefits are pretty good for this area. He pays 100% of my insurance premium (which I get reminded alot that it is about $300/month) and I only work 3 days a week now. I have 3 weeks of paid vacation, as well as 3 sick days a year that he pays me for if i don't use them. I don't get pd leave, but i could use my vacation time, and then a couple weeks of no pay, or save save save, and try to be a stay at home mom with the next one. DH REALLY wants the kids closer in age than further, and he REALLY wants another one NOW!! I guess we will just see what happens!!
