If anyone knows how to make a onesie (or any type of infant clothing), I would really like to pay them to make me a pink one with fire trucks on it. DH and I both run with our FD/EMS and all of Jersey's fire clothes are blue. If you or anyone you know may be interested in this (probably would need it this spring/summer), let me know.

I can sew, but I'm just to dang slow. She wouldn't fit it by the time I finished it. I finished the first part of Liriel's Easter Dress Christmas Eve - problem is it was for Easter 2007. Can you actually find pink fabric with fire trucks on it?

I've been doing some more research. I haven't actually walked into a store with the goal of finding pink fire truck fabric. The closest thing I found was on cafepress.com Here's some of the stuff:

Those are really cute!! Have you checked e-bay? I won an auction to have a lady make a slip cover for my boppy pillow. She sent me a list of what she needed and I sent her the fabric that I wanted her to use and the zipper. It turned out beautifully!

I like Mommy's fire engine. But honestly, I find that getting clothing on clearance is soooo much easier and not really any more expensive (actually cheaper) than making cloths from scratch. But it does give you the option of making "special" things like you are seeking.
