I must have missed this post, but I don't have either book. Try looking on Amazon for a used copy or check out the library. Does your library have a way to search and reserve books on line? Our local library has that feature and it's awsome.

Jess,

I've been dealing with what I believe to be IBS for quite a while now. However, my doctors aren't so certain. They think it's either a gluten intolerance or Celiac disease. I've been tested - and my results came back (thus far) indicating the gluten problem.

A lot of people with IBS are missed Celiacs!! I just thought I'd mention it because I keep reading about people who have IBS going "gluten free" and life gets much better, and a lot easier!!

I'm pretty sure it's IBS, cause it only flairs up when I'm under a ton of stress. Pregnancy *cured* it until my cryptoc syrgery(which i stressed a lot about it) and i haven't been able to poop since (TMI, sorry) It's a combination of stress, lack of exercise, and not enough water
