So what do the classes mean? I assume it's worse?

I guess you are going to have to be very creative in making him food. What kind of interesting flours can you find or develop? What happens when animal eat those products? Does it effect the meat in a way that effects him?

Yes, food allergies are ranked by class.... being class 1 to 6, 6 is "the worst."

The numbers can't really tell you anything other than the possibility of a reaction and the probability of the severity. That being said... a class 4 peanut allergy in a 3 year old is incredibly serious.

Ian can't eat beef.... they didn't test for it, but we know he can't eat it, period. He does eat chicken, but I am not sure what it'll mean if he eats... say... grain fed chicken. I just don't know.

I'm incredibly frustrated right now. Incredibly.
