Somehow someway I managed to survive the day
Today was our planned b-day event for the little ones which also turned into Sadie's party/sleepover. OMG I could have rung her neck when she came to us yesterday morning before school asking what time her friends should arrive. We were planning a sleepover party for her but she has been putting it off for weeks now because this friends out of town or that friend couldn't do it yada yada. This was supposed to be a no good weekend but her BF's plans got canceled so she decided to invite everyone and neglected to let us know.... URG..... damn teenagers

!!!!!!! On top of that we found out late yesterday afternoon that SURPRISE Bobby's grandmother would be making the trip down as well as his sister, her husband and their 2 kids. So our quiet little party turned into a 4 person b-day extravaganza for 39 guests (20 adults and 19 kids - not including our clan).
Well we couldn't get away without some kind of catastrophe (you know the destine for bad luck thing)..... last night the kids toilet was stopped up a little - no biggie we thought, we just blamed Rylie and her toilet paper habits

. Well we woke up at the ass crack of dawn to start our day only to find the alarm on the lift station of the sewer going off. FREAKING GREAT!!!! So they finally arrive to fix the issue right as all the guests are showing up. Lovely sight it must have been to drive up and see the huge county trucks in the yard. Oh wait it gets better.... as if having everyone walk up to the door to the wonderful aroma of shit and guys working right in the front yard next to the entryway wasn't bad enough we find out that we also have to have the tank pumped and we have to limit the bathroom/water usuage. Sadly to say they finally finished up with everything just as the last of the guests were leaving. Ugh the only thing I can do is laugh about this one
Bobby and I were so wrapped up in everything I had to leave the picture taking to the older girls, which did not go as well as I was hoping for but I did get some cute ones to share. Maybe I can start working on them now - its going to be a very long night..... the little ones have been in bed for about 45 mins and the girls have already woken Rylie and Peyton up once....... wish me luck or maybe I should say cross your fingers for them, that THEY make it through the night
