And the kid couldnt even give me a hug or a kiss bye!!! He runs straight up to the teacher assistant (same as last year) and gives her a hug!! then just walks right up into the school with her..im just standing there like an idiot with my thumb up my butt with this dumbfounded look on my face. I could atleast got a hug! But all that matters is that he has fun. But his gonna get it when i go to pick him up!!!! I better get a hug and him running up to me or something!

I'm sure you will get a warm reception when you collect him later today. I ussually get the Mommy Dance when I pick up my DD from DC. And I brought my mother with me on Monday - a first because she lives 3 hours away - and she was screaming "Mommy! Grandma! Mommy! Grandma!" And Jumped into my Mother's arms.

believe it or not..i got a small hug and then he ran back towards the classroom!!! he started pouting because he didnt want to go home!!! another kid in his class was full fledge throwing a fit..screamin and crying because he didnt want to go home. I felt awful!!! His never done that before..what did they do there that was more fun then spending time with me damnit!

Im glad he had fun though..he had a great day today!

it does!!! last year he would go but was never this excited...which of course its the first day and stuff so i can understand..he has been wanting to go all summer. But it does comfort me knowning he enjoys being there and enjoys the teachers.
