Mike has been doing this with his eyes for the last couple of days. I ask him what color things are, and I know he can see. I was thinking it was nerves, but I notice he dose it when he's happy and playing. I can't figure out if it warrents a call to the dr (I know they would want to see him for it) Dh asked me to post it on here to see what ya'll thaught....

I'm assuming you asked him about it? Have you asked him if his eyes hurt or itch? Is he rubbing them any more than normal? Unless they look pink (around the eyes / eye lids) or he complains about them bugging him or he is rubbing them a lot, I would just wait and see if there is any change in the next couple days.

Could have a blinking contest with him and see what he does.
