that is such a big deal!!!!! i was helping my sil potty train her little guy (she works, so he was with me some days) and it sure is a big deal to go poop on the potty. gross poop story coming on - my sil was at the mall with her little guy and he was wearing a pull-up. they were at a clothing store and she sees him standing on one leg and shaking the other one like crazy. out of the bottom of his pants falls a poopy (it slipped out of the pull-up) she panics and kicks it under a clothing rack and runs out of the store!!!! so gross! she said she feels like an idiot now and she should have just picked it up with a wipe and thrown it out, but in the moment, the first thought that came into her mind was to kick it. ![]() |

Gage!!! Geesh it really makes me feel like I've got to get crackin' with Cade. He was doing great for a while, by 16 months he was going pee in there at least 4 or 5 times a day. But as soon as Parker came along he started saying "Poopoo" (what he said whenever he had to go potty, poo poo or not lol) even when he didn't have to go - like when I was feeding Parker or changing Parker's diaper - just to get my attention. Now he just sits on it and doesn't go at all. You must be so happy!!! Pretty soon you'll have one less kid in diapers! Quote:

I am LMAO (faces won't come up :() Any way. That is so funny, I would have probably done the same thing.
Gage doesn't really say when he has to go but he always goes during nap so I figured before nap potty time. He doesn't even really tell me when he has to pee. I just put him on and he goes. I am not really stressing the issue, just persuading. I guess that is the right thing to do. Tricia |
