I just talked with the ENT. We are going to try the steroid spray for 2 weeks and re-evaluate. He said that the X-Rays show complete occlusion of the nasopharanyx due to the adenoids + the tonsil occlusion. I'm doubtful that the spray will do much, but I'll try it.
