I just thought I'd share a appetizer I fixed the other evening.If you're into spicy food,you've gotta try this one.

• 3 jalapeno peppers,sliced
• 1 lb smoked sausage,cut into chunks
• 1 green pepper,cut into bite-size chunks
• 1 sweet onion,cut into bite-size chunks
• 1 foil cooking bag
• 1/4 cup tabasco sauce
• 1 10 ounce jar sweet & sour sauce

Place sausage,peppers and onions in foil bag.Mix tabasco sauce with sweet & sour sauce in a small bowl and pour over the mixture in foil bag;seal edge tightly.Place foil bag on grill;turning every 15 minutes.Slit open bag and enjoy.I like to have this along with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes.Yummy!!!

You can cut back on the tabasco and peppers so it isn't too spicy because it is rather hot.My ears felt like they were burning after my second bite of it ,but it's really easy.Marlboro sent me a recipe book in the mail and most of them are pretty spicy and easy.I'll post some more when I try them out.They are all grilling recipies.
