All this recent talk of age...and I barely noticed my own ticker. My "baby boy" is going to be *TEN* years old in just a little over a month.

He's 4'6" and about 79 lbs. Not so much of a baby anymore.... I'd say.

Hahaha! Thirteen to be exact.
Actually, I was 27 when he was born.

I'm 5'6" so his head is to my shoulders now. No more carrying him, or picking him up for any reason. It's sad to say that those days are long gone. =(

Though, he does still "allow" me to give him hugs now and then.

My 17 year old cousin still lets me pick him up... he's 5'6" or more and 150 lbs . He went through that whole no wanting hugs from mom for a bit, now he is always giving her hugs. It's sweet to see a little boy growing into a little man. Bittersweet, but very sweet.
