What a subject line eh?
I took Rach to the Dr Wed. for a high fever and head and chest congestion.He gave me a S***Y dose of amoxil and told me it was a sinus infection.. She still is running around 103.6 to 99.00 with Advil and Tylenol.. and today I MADE her open her mouth since she wont eat and I see this...

I dont know if its thrush or coxsackie or what.. She is going to urgent care in the morning unless some miracle occurs and she is back to her bouncy self..

My first thought is that hand foot mouth thing. It's a virus. The brother of the lil girl I keep had it. He missed 4 days of school because he was so sick. He slept all day and couldn't eat a thing.
It looks painful! I hope you get some answers in the morning.

Definitely is NOT a sinus infection. I've had way too many of those to know that is definitely NOT one. I would take her in to be seen. Espeically with a fever for more than a day or so. Looks painful. Poor thing!
