Ugh I wish I had better news to post

All is well with baby girl, I wish I could say the same for me! I am still sick - so sick. I had my appt with the MW this week (who delivered Peyton). Bp was good and I lost that vanishing pound again. I did test - for the GBS this time so that was the good news. She put me on a strong dose of Amox to try and help fight off this nasty bug but does not want me to take anything stronger than Robitussin for the cough and other symptoms - she's afraid it will make baby too sluggish in fear I go into labor soon. Unfortunately it doesn't help in the least bit. The cough is so bad that my body literally hurts from my head to my butt from coughing so hard, feels like I've ripped every single muscle in my belly! Thankfully the diarrhea and fever has ended (after 4+ days). I'm still so stuffy I have to breath through my mouth which is irritating my already extremely sore throat. I opted not to have an internal this week, I'm too afraid of pissing her off anymore than she already is. She did say that she is really low and she thinks she will definitely be the biggest baby of all of them guessing at 7-7 1/2 lbs. I can't even function enough to take care of the other kiddos let alone going into labor now and a newborn. Bobby has been great at trying to keep the house together for me despite getting over the bug himself and my BF has been a complete lifesaver... she's babysat all the little ones all last week and this week so far even with them being sick (and getting her kiddos all sick - bless her heart!). Bobby had to take Peyton and JJ to the pedi - both have EI's again... urg!!!!

Oh and for the rest of the bad news we found out that my OB has taken next week off as well.... so I'm guessing his chemo didn't go as well as expected which also has me concerned. So next week we will see this MW again (although she thinks we won't make it until then). I was thinking we would be fine, but woke up this morning and I can tell she has definitely dropped more... the pressure is so much more and I'm so crampy too - hopefully its just paranoia setting in . I'm open for all the you guys can send that baby will hold off at least until I'm up and about again.... then all bets are off . Hope everyone is doing well

Oh my gosh Donna, you poor thing ~ I can't even imagine being that sick while pregnant ~ in fact, if you don't stop all that coughing you very well might push that baby girl of yours right out!
