We have a family in our church whose 11th just turned 1 in december and they have no intentions of stopping. She nurses as her form of birthcontrol and when they are ready to get pregnant again she weens the current nursing baby. They married when they were 17 and thier oldest is now 21. The third child who is 18 just took a job in the local beauty salon. She told my mother and i she had to get out because she was tired of raising her brothers and sisters. When my mom asked her if she wanted kids of her own... She said she always did when she was younger but now it will never happen. At 18 she has raisied enough kids.

Give her time, she may well change her mind when she is older. I do know that the summer before my senior year in high school I babysat 2 young children all summer - about 30-40 hrs a week. After that I decided to wait a LONG time to have kids.
