and not quite the "no surprises" I was expecting! Turns out I have a small subchorionic hematoma, I was completely unprepared for this news so I had no idea what to really ask about. She said everything else looked great, h/b was visable and baby measured 6w1d. I told her that I was still having bleeding episodes with the last one ending yesterday and she sounded surprised but told me the SCH was on the small side and Dr. J wasn't concerned and she went on to book my "first" prenatal for 4/3 at 2pm. She did say that if I start having bad cramping or bleeding heavily than to call.

I was a little surprised that they don't want to followup on it, especially since I'm still having bleeding. Don't they normally recheck after a few weeks to make sure its resolving? What do you guys think.... am I getting all tweaked for nothing? UGH!!!!!!!

I'm glad they called you back and sorry they are not responsive to your concerns. But at least you have an answer as to the "Why" of the bleeding. Though 4/3 is only 3 weeks away.

My dr said the only way with me they would recheck mine is if I had a bad bleeding episode, at my regular ultrasound at 19 weeks it was gone.
