Everything has been fine today, no pink since yesterday around 5pm and the cramps disappeared a few hours later.

I had a SCH and I'm pretty sure I had cramping (though now I can't completely remember). It did put my mind at ease when I had an U/S and found out why I was having the spotting....but being the worrier that I am, I still hated to see the spotting, anyway.
