Uck Donna I am sorry you are spotting. It is so nerve wracking. Do you think you could have a SCH? I had one with Ethan, which resulted in TONS of bleeding up to 15-16 weeks and I have another one this time. This go around I just had a tiny bit of spotting and the SCH seems to be reabsorbing itself but they told me not to panic if I start to spot / bleed.

I know you said you were trying to hold off on the u/s until the LO had a h/b b/c of the stress of it all, which I understand 100%. On my first u/s they seen the SCH right away and really eased my mind as far as to why I was spotting. Then a week later it was half the size and I am that on Thursday it will be gone since it has been almost two weeks.

I had the same thing with Kate...I had a pretty large SCH and i had a couple full pads of blood from it.

No, no cramps while nursing now. I have been nursing him for nap and bedtime and sometimes in the morning. It seems the cramps start when I spot or just before and end when I stop spotting or the next day. Its really light now and just mixed in cm, and I'm a little crampy.

Would a SCH cause cramping? I don't know much about it

I don't know Donna. When I had my major bleed with Ethan (sitting on the toilet and just watching it gushing out (TMI)) I had no cramping. I felt 100% fine. Now this time I am having a lot of cramping / back pain. It seems that I have it worse and worse with each pregnancy so I am trying not to worry and just throw it out as early pregnancy growing.
