Personally I would start keeping track of all the comments your receive - dates, times, places, people. Some thing to protect yourself with if needed. Because what your supervisor is doing is harassment.

I am happy that she wrote you the note to only 40 hrs per week. Ugh, what a PITA work is being. If she had time to TIME you with going to the bathroom then that was taking time out of HER work time and there for really only did more harm... Think I would point that one out. If she has time to do that I think she needs more work and you less. I hate ppl.
