Dean's poop (or lack of) is driving me CRAZY. I went back to the GI last week, and she called it something about fecal retention or something. She told me to try the Enulose again. I did for 3 days now, and he's having a BM, but it's still hard and rabbit pellet like. Last night he was up all night with tummy cramps and gas. He didn't sleep much. Now today he has a temp, which i'm hopeing is from teeth. You can see in his eyes how miserable he feels. I'm going to give his body a day, and then go back to the milk of magnesia, but that was giving the same effect, a BM that was hard and dry. I can't get him to take much out of a sippy or a bottle. He's only nursing 4-6 times a day now. I"ve tried mixing prune juice in his cereal instead of water, and offering prune juice like a billion times a day. I tried to buy some jarred prunes, but the store was out of them. I just know he's miserable, and there isn't anything i can do to help him.

Brody is having poopy issues too and when he does go, he cries because it hurts and it's really hard.. Poor little guys... One thing that the nurse I talked to brought to my attention was drinking A LOT of water.. I've been drinking the same amount I had been drinking all winter but she said with the heat the way it is, my body is using more of it that normal, so I needed to drink a lot more and it has really helped.. I noticed a difference within a day in Brody.. Hope he feels better soon..
