"Mom, put Ty back in your belly ~ he keeps touching my toys"
Many I am sorry I ddn't get a chance to read this before. This happens-I thought it would never happen to me-I was super cautious with Jake in my bed-althoug he fell from other places and once when he was like 14 months he pushed his booster seat on the kitchen chair backwards andhit his head on the side of the fridge leaving a GIANT goosegg coming off his head-talk about feeling like a horrible mom. That being said, T has fallen 2 times recently out of my bed and now I think he has made it into a sport! Kids fall, they really do, my MIL saiddh who was a climber fell a lot and he is normal-mostly
Try not to beat yourself up-remember that in Batman the guy says-why do we fall down? To learn how to get back up-or something like that.
You are NOT by any means a horrible mom-you do a great job!

My uterus is screaming at me to MAKE MORE BABIES!!
Just be grateful that he isn't like me. I was almost 9 months old and jumping out of my crib. That is a higher fall. My only problem was a lack of fear .
Glad you are starting to feel better. My ped actually asked if baby had fallen off of anything yet. Josi has fallen out of my bed 2-3 times. Loralei rolled off the couch at 6 weeks old (it tipped towards the back to, don't know how she did it) and the bed 2 times. The lady who used to watch Loralei watched a baby who's parents left her on the counter in her carrier. She was 9 months old and managed to flip herself off the counter, car seat and all, and landed on her face. They just dropped her off at the sitters and then called later to mention it. At least you really are a caring loving mom who was sick with fear, those moms are the BEST moms, the ones who care like you (and all of us here) do.

Thanks for all of the support ladies... It's/I'm getting better... Seeing him roll all over the place and play is definitely helping. I asked my brother (who has 5 kids) how he does it... I want a lot of kids but I just can't grasp the idea of having so many kids and constantly worrying how or when they get hurt... He said "It is rough at first but it gets easier. When something happens, you are like, 'Oh, I've seen this before, it'll be okay'."

Yep - after awhile you realize if there is no blood, all appendages are intact, and they are acting normal, they are probably just fine.
