Dean has been rolling like crazy today. I had him in the bouncy seat when i took a shower, and i had to get out and get him cause he almost fell out....

I put him on the couch today as we were trying to get ready to get out the door. I said "Mike, watch your brother" like i always do when i'm very close. Well, I had a false sense of security, and ran to grab a sweater from my bedroom, and came back. As I was rounding the corner, I saw Dean go flying off the couch, and land on his face He screamed, I cried, and Mike asked "Why is Dean crying?"

He seems ok....eyes look fine, acting normal. He landed on carpet which is a good thing i guess...

I feel like such a bad mom....

It happens. All you can do is try to avoid letting him get into such situations. I guess I wouldn't trust a 2.5 year-old to watch a baby. Because they themselves don't understand safety issues yet.

Cayten rolled off our bed 3 or 4 times. Not a big deal right? Our bed was over 4 feet high. He survived although it does make you feel horrible. We have ALL BTDT!
