Store Brand Diaper Savings and Quality
I found this great link on my babycheapskate website that I frequent. Figured you girls could benefit. I use store brand diapers during the day, and premium brands at night in order to save $$$.

Funny cause Target is the cheapest, we have NO target around (except for an hour away) and are almost out of diapers . . . we are hoping to make it to Target by Friday!

I really didnt like the Target brand diapers...but i do like their wipes...I prefered the BRU/TRU brand and the White Cloud ones from Walmart to Target ones. CVS brand is ok and the playskool brand is ok too. Walgreens brand is ok too...I have some of their pullups and they are really nice.

I think you have to take into consideration that different children fit different diapers better or worse. So you need to know what works for YOUR child. But it's good to know that lower cost generics will work just as well, if not better, than the name brands.

I wasnt basing mine on the fit...just the constency, smell, texture and construction of the actual diaper....some had a funny smell, some were to plasticy and that could be hot and uncomfortable, and some the tabs just really sucked

See...I've only bought 5 or 6 packs of disposables in the last 2 years. The big box I bought summer 2006 is almost gone now. So I can only parrot what I've read and heard others say.
As my experience with disposables recently is rather limited.

I was just going to ask what you liked about the BRU brand.
I've heard Target was the best and cheapest. Anyone else tried them??? Emma??? I thought you had tried them before, right?
