I wish I had some advice. But I never had that problem. I know they say that it is TO spacious and it scares them, but I don't have a clue what to do about it.
Try putting a heating pad in the crib to warm the spot where she will sleep (make sure it's warm not hot) and move it right before you lay her down on the sheets. It will warm it up and might help her to stay or go asleep. I would also try a sleep positioner...it might make her feel more secure in that big space. Hopefully others will have more suggestions!
I put Maddox in his crib for naps (unless he falls asleep in his swing then I just leave him) I am hoping it helps when we transition. It is true about them being scared of all the space. Maybe try her in the crib during the day for a few days. If she wakes up in there she just might be use to it when you transition. HTH

I also put Mason in his crib just for naps for about a week before using it full time. I knew he was getting close to the weight limit on the Bassinet and wanted to slowly transition him. Good news though, I did this around 6 weeks and at 8.5 weeks he was sleeping through the night...
