Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Just take care of yourself - eat well, avoid drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and as many toxic chemicals as possible and don't stress out if you eat/breath something that someone later tells you pregnant women are not suppose to eat. Because if you follow ALL the advice out there, you will die from malnutrition (and probably dehydration too) before giving birth.

So have you picked out a Midwife or Doctor yet?
