Anyone know if there is an over the counter reflux med that i can take for flair ups? The last couple of days the reflux has been bad for me, to the point that my throat is sore from it.

If you've tried Maalox, Mylanta, or tums with no luck then I would try Pepcid. Tagamet (in the same class) is compatible with BF according to the American Academy of Pediatrics, but there are lower concentrations of Pepcid in BM (so in theory would be better).
