I make this every now and then and it's sooo easy to make,too.It contains:
- 6 pk minute steak
- 3 cans of seasoned tomato sauce
- 2 cans of seasoned tomato paste
- 1 small jar of olives
- 1 onion sliced into rings
- flour
- swiss steak bag-n-seasoning
First I take the bag-n-seasoning mixture and mix with a little flour on a plate and then bread the steaks with it.I then fry it in a skillet until browned.Second,put the pieces of browned steaks into a casserole dish and then add tomato sauce.Try to coat it all evenly and then spread the paste on top of steaks.Add your olives and onions,cover with foil,bake at 375 for about 1 hour-1- 1/2 ,and enjoy!!It's great with mashed potatoes and corn on the cobb.
