here's the senerio:

The kids are in bed and it's just you & Dh/Db, you've had a drink together, you're both feeling flirty and you're watching a TV show where there are women dancing provocatively and then your Dh/Db asks you to get up and dance sexy for him. Would you?

Obviously I'm asking because this happened to me last night I was totally taken off guard - my reaction wasn't quite the reaction he was hoping for and I told him quite frankly "No". So he proceeds to remind me how he'd do anything I ask him to do, even if it meant him doing something on the spot like this. And yeah, he would, but he's also a Type A personality and I'm So NOT. So I'm just curious what you would do. Would you put your morals aside and simply do something like that to make him happy even if it made you feel uncomfortable?

not on the spot, no. Darren has asked me to do something off of a movie and there is just no way, if it was something he had thought of maybe but since he seen it nope then I have to wonder WTF he is thinking. I cant dance so that one would of been out too. I just cant do something I am not comfortable doing.

I guess I forgot to mention that I am NO dancer. I hate dancing, so I just don't get why he even had to *go there*, KWIM? And of coarse he's all bent out of shape because I didn't *want* to do something sexy for him. But I'm sorry... it's just not me and he knows that. Grrrrrr....

I don't feel comfortable dancing for dh either. I have once but he was really drunk and he had already danced for me.
It's just not my personality to do something like that. I wish I could, I know he would totally love it!

OK, are we talking really 'dancing', or are we talking 'stripping?'. Becuase if it is just dancing, then I would do it. I mean, it doesn't take much but to sway your hips, and play with your hair, to get a guy going. YOu don't have to do much more if you're uncomfortable. and if you felt like he was oogling too much, you could invite him up there with you and before you know it, you'd be in the bedroom and off the dancefloor!
