How often do you clean?

And what do you clean. I do the dishes at least once a day. I will one day get a dishwasher... I vacuum every day. Clean the bathroom at least once a week, Mop/swiffer the kitchen floor prolly every 3 days.. some times less some times more.. Dusting is the one thing I never seem to remember to do.. But I try to hit it 2 times a month.. What am I forgetting...

weekly- mopping, bathrooms, dusting, vaccum
daily- kitchen, picking up crap that wonders into the living area from the girl's rooms
every other/2-3 days- sweep all floors, laundry

This is all I can think of right now. It also doesn't include my outside jobs.

I basically run the dishwasher when it's full. Which can be anywhere from 1-5 times a week. The non-dish washable pots/pans/plastic stuff gets washed when I can't stand it piling up on the counter anymore. I'm :red: to say how long that sits there. But some times certain items get a quick hand wash because I need them to make a meal.

Sweeping is sporadic. I mop when I stick to the floor. I pick up stuff around the house as needed. Any dishes/food left out gets put away as soon as possible, especially now that it is ant season. I'm lucky to vacuum once every month or so. Though major spills will prompt a quick clean up where the spill is.

Bathrooms get cleaned rarely. Though I try to brush out the toilets every so often as the hard water does not do nice things to them.

Dusting? Maybe once a year - or when I move things around.

If I'm inviting family over - like for Liriel's birthday party - then I try to clean (or as I often say - decontaminate) everything.

Laundry is done about one or two times a week. Depends on if Liriel is going through her training pants quickly at DC or not.

No one is going to accuse me of being a neat freak.

Bill always tells me I'm OCD when it comes to cleaning, which I am and now that I'm home it's gotten worse, but to me that's a good thing.

I run the dishwasher every day when Cody's home with us, every other day on weeks he's not with us. And we never leave dirty dishes in the sink (that's a real pet peve of mine).

I vacuum 2-3 times a week (we don't wear shoes in the house so the floor remains fairly clean).

I clean bathrooms (we have 3) once a week.

I dust once a week.

I set a daily goal to organize one area in the house a day now that I'm home and have the time during Carson's naps. So the desk, a closet, a junk drawer, a cupboard - something get's organized a day.

My worst area is moping... I absolutely hate to mop and so I do that about once a month.

Dishes-after dinner every night

laundry - about once a week during summer beacuse DD is not there a lot. during the school none stop through the week.

Dusting - every saturday morning

Vaccuum - daily now that DS is crawling all over the place.

We are supposed to clean....no way. I refuse....

Vacumn once a week-entire house.
Bathroom once a week
Laundry once a week....usually Sunday so we have clean clothes for the week.
Dishwasher every other day and any pots and pans after eating.
I run a swifter wet on the floors every few days just to make sure there is nothing sticky on em and then mop about every 2 weeks.

Dusting I hate so i do that only when necessary.

Let's see

I have to wash the dishes twice a day.. ugh! Kitchen gets cleaned up every night after dinner.

Laundry gets done usually every other day, if I'm lucky I can make it two days.

Bedrooms/livingroom get picked up every night before bed.

I do the entire house twice a week... dusting, glass, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, lanai, etc. Sometimes I have to add a quick vacuuming of all the tile in between (which is everything but the kids bedrooms).

Hhhhmmmmm..... no wonder I have ZERO time to myself anymore
