from our neighbor. He had an estate sale these last couple of days, and didn't do too well. He is the original owner of his house. His house has more sq. footage than mine, but we have more yard, and a pool. I just found out he listed his house for 219,000. That is wayyy less than we OWE on ours. We are going to call the mtg company on Monday and see if there is something they can help with. The payment is killing us. DH has had 4 people come through his office saying that the mtg company took premium off and lowered the rate to help them stay in the house, so hopefully they will help us.I'm not holding my breath though....
