Why do you want to get rid of your front loader? Isn't it an HE washer and much more environmentally friendly than any of the top loaders? Not to mention more gentle on your laundry?

I would need to know what a new one was going for to say if it's a good price or not.

Yea, I agree... WHY sell your front loader?? My dh and I desperately want a front loader. They are more economical, better for the environment, et al. We can't rationalize the cost right now, simply because what we do have works just fine, and are perfectly fine machines. But, I want an LG set. Oh. My.

When we got the front load, i didn't take notice to how the door opnes. It opens into the dryer, not away. I tried switching them around, but where they are located in my garage, the door wouldn't open. I want a top loading HE like this one

So, you have dryer on the left? I do believe that model can be stacked, we have a Gallery series, and they supposedly can be stacked. I'd hate to see you get rid of a perfectly fine washer, and spend money. We are going to have our washer on the left and dryer on the right (once they fix the water leak where our dryer will go).
