We decided (after much debate) that this year we were gonna spend our tax refund on "home improvements"

Today, I put the deposit down on our Patio!

It *should* be done by Easter, depending on weather

We are also replacing the floor on our entire downstairs, putting in Hardwood, and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Also we are putting up a fence.
