Default help me find time!

Ok all you SAHM......HELP!

It's been 6 months, and I STILL can't get into a routine! Where do I start? I also have to take into consideration, that Dean can be highneeds, and sometimes just wants to be held, and there is no putting him down. I need help with the days I have both kids, and the mornings i only have Dean.

I am slacking big time, cause i get so overwhelmed and i don't know where to start. Here's what i need:

Daily:
Get up earlier than i am to help get Mike ready for school
pump
unload, reload the dishwasher
make beds
do at least 1 load of laundry
naps
prep dinner

Dean will only take an afternoon nap laying on me.....

weekly:
clean bathrooms
light dusting
vaccum carpets
clean out fridge
mop floors(usually Sat or Sun)
Find a few mornings or afternoons where i can go get my hands on hours for my lactation classes..i prefer the mornings while Mike is in school, but then i loose my time to clean with just one kid...

someone HELP!!

Seriously...I think you're doing an awesome job. I've been trying to find the right post to write this to you - LOL - but it seems that having Dean has been good for your family (??) . Sorry I don't know how to put that in better words - I think that's why I haven't written to you before about it...but I guess what I'm trying to say is that I think that, even though Dean has been challenging (and I know what it's like to have a challenging child), somehow it's made you more grounded, focused, etc.

From all the psots I've read by you, I think you're doing an awesome job, Keep up the good work. You sound like an incredible mother
