Today was the last day of their option period, and they backed out. They decided to buy the house they were renting instead, it was cheaper, and it belonged to a relative. DH and I are deflated. We already scheduled the packers to come, since Jay will have to go to school in Conn. at the end of the month. We are going on a house hunting trip this weekend, and now we are sad that we will just be window shopping, not buying. Back to square one!
