I downloaded a virus somehow, and Dh and I have done everything we can think of to get rid of it, but it's so deeply imbedded, we cna't find it. My computer keeps telling me that it's a spyware/trojan, and it's sending confidential information to a remote attacker. I have done AVG, and DH did a bunch of other stuff, but it won't go away. Any ideas?
