She means when you send a PM to multiple people and at the bottom of the PM box, when they receive it, it says reply or forward. She wants to know, instead of just responding to the one person, if there is a way to send a multiple person PM and hit 'reply all' so that everyone who was in the original Pm gets the response.

Edited to add: The way it is set up now is more of a 'bcc'. (blind carbon copy), where when you send it to multiple people, the people can't "SEE" who you sent the message to.
