Well, once you find one you like... you just go into your "User CP" and chose "edit avatar" and then upload it. =)

I've found some of mine at http://avatarity.com/ -- and then I have to edit the size if they are bigger than 80x80. Most there are 100x100 - but I shrink em in photoshop.
