How many of you are actually doing the woman's challenge still?

I know I'm not always making it, but yesterday I let DD talk me into going to a further away park so I would get a semi-decent walk in - instead of a measly 3 block walk.

Not me. So sad. I was all gun-ho and then decided sleep was better than working out. I had started walking in the morning, which was nice because it was sooo cool out, but, that ended very quickly. I need to get myself motivated. I'm thinking I might have to go back to drinking coffee or having some kind of caffine because I'm always soooooo tired.

Can you take the kids for a walk after work? I've actually made some quick sandwiches and put water in bottles and gone for a walk to the playground. Well, a couple times anyway.

Coffee helps me sooo much... I don't drink it in the summer though because it makes me too hot but I fill up on DDP (Diet Dr. Pepper) mmm mmm
