Your Challenge:
Complete any or all of the following activities, check off the box, and click 'submit'. You have until the last day of the challenge (Saturday, July 5th) to complete this bonus challenge. 1.) Try a new type of exercise this week. It can be anything that gets you moving and breathing—be creative! What did you try? 2.) Taste a fruit or vegetable that you've never tried before! What did you taste? 3.) Learn something new about your health by visiting www.womenshealth.gov or www.girlshealth.gov, talking to your healthcare provider, or visiting your local library. What did you learn? 4.) Keep a journal of everything you eat for 3 days this week—this will help you learn more about your eating habits and highlight areas to work on. |
