It might not be AF - it might just be more PP bleeding. Some women get a brief respite from it only to have it resume a week or 3 later. Hopefully that's all it is.

I still had a TON of PP bleeding at 3 weeks. I think mine barely stopped in time for my 6 week pp visit. The cramping can be from nursing as well as it causes your uterus to contract back down. Even if your not nursing, your uterus still has to shrink back down.

That does suck! I had a friend who went through that.. it was like 3 weeks later and she thought it was AF but it was just the PP bleeding again.. because she still hasn't gotten AF and it's been 11 months now... I was STILL PP bleeding at 3... didn't stop til 4...
