I went to the dr this moring. He said that my x-rays looked good. No changes of any kind in my knees.
My pain is from my knee caps. To put it simple, they are not riding properly in their groves. To fix it all I have to do is PT. It's exercises that I am already doing, I just have to modify them.

As soon as I get my lil girls in bed tonight I am going on a celebration run.
